RWN Development Group, LLC:
Mr. Naing formed RWN Development Group in 1986; one of his first projects was the acquisition of the site (24th. & L), rezoning (PUD), and development of a new mixed-used office, retail and luxury residential project known as 2401 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. This was one of the first truly high-end, luxury projects to be developed in Washington DC strictly as a rental project (not condominium). The rents achieved for the residential units set new records in the City, and even currently, the residential rents in this project are among the highest in the City. The residential units boast Sub-Zero refrigerators, Jenn-Air Stoves, and 10-foot ceilings. The average unit size at this project was approximately 1400 square feet, substantially larger than most of the projects built in the 1980's. 2401 Pennsylvania Avenue, which was designed by KCF (Phil Esocoff), won the 1992 Architectural Award (AIA) for 1992 as the finest building in the United States; later that year it was featured as the cover of the AIA magazine (a copy of the article is enclosed).

and finance transactions, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic States.

Client Group Mr. Naing resumed his full time development activities
with RWN Development Group.

SMR is managed by Mr. Naing, and acts as an investor in many of Mr. Naing's development projects, such as 3301 M Street, NW (a Condominium Project in Georgetown), 1915 Eye Street, NW (an Office Building in CBD), The District Court House (Cambridge, MD), The Shadow Mountain Ranch (1100 acre residential land development in Granby, CO).
