Every condominium loft sold will have the right to buy one parking space. There are two floors of parking; the first floor is completely covered and the second floor is partially covered. Parking spaces come in a variety of categories: compact, compact extended, exterior, full, and handicapped.

Parking space prices range from $32,000 and up based on type of space and location. None of the spaces are tied specifically to any unit, and therefore, will be sold and assigned on a first come first serve basis.

Please note that buyers – as an included option – can convert their single space into a "double" or "Tandem" space with a hydraulic system.

Estimated condominium fees are based on the square footage of each loft. The chart below outlines the fees for each loft. There are also condominium fees for parking spaces, which range from $23.00 to $54.00 per month.
